Q [Camera] The image is emitting noise.

Please check if the video cable is connected properly.
Please check if it was installed with a low quality shielded cable. Low quality cables can cause distortion.
Wonwoo’s Siamese RG-59 coaxial cable is made to adhere to all standards and is recommended. 
With normal cables the signal is not lost up to 150 meters. With high quality shielded cables in a good environment the signal transfer is possible up to 300 meters.

Q [Camera] The image color is not good.

Please check the White Balance settings. (Check the manual camera installation section)

Q [Camera] The display flickers or flashes.
A
Make sure the camera lens and dome cover is not polluted with contaminants.  (If they are clean and remove the contaminants.)
Check if the camera is directed towards fluorescent light or direct sunlight which may cause the video to flicker.

Q [Camera] There are artifacts on the video display.

Please check the settings for the Sens-up function. (See the section in the manual for details)

Q [Camera] The camera suddenly moves to a random position or moves to the preset position.

Check the ‘Home’ feature and see if it is turned on.
Check if the ‘Tour’ feature is turned on. The feature programs camera movement.
