Q [Genaral] Where is the A/S (After Sale Service) Center located?

Products that need repairs must be sent to the Korean headquarters.  Contact information is available in the contact section of this site.


Q [Genaral] Where can I download the manual or drawing?
A
You can download the manual or drawing in the Data Center.

Q [Camera] The IR (Infra-Red) function does not work.
A
Please check the IR settings in the OSD menu.  If it is set to AUTO and the surrounding area is too bright then the function might not work.

Q [Camera] There is no camera movement.
A
Please be sure the camera and controller (DVR) are properly connected.  In many cases the power is not connected, or the + / - is mistakenly switched.  Especially check if the camera ID, protocol, and baud rate is set correctly.  Refer to the manual for the correct settings.

Q [Camera] The video works but the pan/tilt, zoom, and focus functions do not work.

Please check if the camera and the monitor power cable is plugged in.
Please make sure the Camera and controller (DVR) are properly connected.
Make sure the camera ID, protocol, and baud rate are set correctly and refer to your manual.
Make sure the pan limit, and tilt limit is set correctly.
If all these actions are completed and the functions still does not work then the motor or lens of the camera may be overheating.

Q [Camera] The video does not appear on the monitor.

Please check if the power is connected on the cameras and monitors.
Please check the connection of the video cable.
Please check if the camera lens is closed or not. 


Q [Camera] The video is either too dark or bright.
A
Check the camera’s brightness settings and change the values accordingly for optimal video.

Q [Camera] Only a white screen appears on the display.
A
Make sure the Iris of the lens is open.

Q [Camera] The camera is out of focus.
A
Make sure the Dome Cover or the Camera Lens is not polluted with contaminants.  (If it is, please clean and remove the contaminants.)
Please check the surrounding environment and the distance between the subject and the camera.  If the background is white then it can be really difficult to focus.
If it is having difficulty automatically focusing on a certain object, then the focus should be set to manual mode. 
Adjust the level of sharpness.
